Pretty sure we've been over this before, but I was just reminded of it earlier today.
Manus is Latin for 'hand'

The one thing that makes the SF4 stick truly cool is the universal mounting plate.

The one thing that makes the SF4 stick truly cool is the universal mounting plate. Yes. Didn't want to spoil that initially when I posted it, but the universal mounting plate impressed me a lot. I also though the hybrid contour setup for the buttons was a good deal as well. The wire box, though gravy, is something that should have existed since the start of joystick existence. I am seriously thinking about buying one. But either way, thank god America has a good joystick to look forward to. It's so nice to know that the industry finally respects its gaming community enough to make this customizable of a product.

The hybrid contour of buttons is actually questionable at this point (unless theres a better picture somewhere?). The concept exists already on HRAPs, but practically speaking doesn't work cause the contour is awkward. The contour on the SF4 stick looks better (couldn't tell from the video), but it actually just looks like a HRAP1, where the far left 2 buttons aren't usable because then the 6 buttons used are at a straight diagonal (awkward). I guess I should also mention that the button set up on the HRAP 2/3 is the current set up of most Japanese arcade machines, opposed to the HRAP1 set up. The HRAP 2/3 set up is more like the cheaper Hori fighting stick.

lawl
found this as a summary of the bible on another forum - extremely amusing
"bible paraphrased:
god is lonely. makes man in the image of himself, which means god is now satisfied, but man is lonely. so god makes woman in the image of man, which means woman is twice as fucked up as man. the woman is not only lonely, but since she's the 3rd generation of a faulty design, she's also insatiable. which leads to.. exit Eden. man's doing his own thing, trying to figure out how to be god. god says "screw it, you all suck." god kills everyone, puts Noah on a boat. boat hits ground, god say "walk around for a bit, let me think about this." man walks around, god says "alright, i got it. can't just choose one man, have to choose a 'people'. has to be a group effort." god chooses Jews. Jews screw up, god bails them out. Jews screw up, god bails them out. Jews screw up, god bails them out. Jews screw up, god bails them out. Hitler's like "you're doing a terrible job, god. let me help you out." Hitler kills millions of jews... oh wait... "
