Combination good news and bad news:
3D Realms is closing down their studios. There are some handheld Duke Nukems being produced and they'll continue to be developed, but I think this means Duke Nukem Forever isn't gonna be worked on... if it ever was.
Take-Two retains the publishing rights to Duke Nukem Forever.
That's the bad news. Good news is that there's a remake of TMNT: Turtles in Time coming soon for PSN and XBLA. If that doesn't make you jizz in your pants and want to ride on a boat, you should just shoot yourself in the face and die.

It's lagless, and cheaper than a stick if you want to use your ps2 stick. I only base this off the looks, so I dunno if I am 100% right. Only $14.99, and hopefully a damn cheap solution.) Avoid the following: 1. Any ps2->ps3 converter that is officially made by Sony or made by Pelican. The Sony one seems to suck, and the Pelican one lags enough where hammer ons are not possible when used for Guitar Hero (which is a sign of significant lag for fighters). 2. Any stick for the ps3 that is neither the Hori model or the MadCatz SF4 sticks. 3. Gay sex. |

Hmm...the only lagless converter (Ps2->ps3) that I know of is actually the pelican made one. Haven't been reading about it much since I gave up and bought a HRAP3.
I made a post about Cthulu? or some other PCB that allows you to use a pre existing stick (read: MAS).

Cthulu requires work. It's a kit, but you have to put it in your own case and shit like that. Just posting up stuff that Chip can order and then play with.
Now that you bring it up, I remember you mentioning the Pelican converter. I dunno, though. I read that people weren't able to do hammer ons in Guitar Hero, which is a window of time that can be larger than what we get in combos. That certainly gives me pause, but seeing as it's Pelican, I won't discount the possibility that their products can be inconsistent.

For anyone who is stuck with Windows Vista, there is currently a deal on Windows 7 for 50% off on uprgades if you pre-order off Amazon.
I've used it for a while now in beta and it's not that bad. Not good enough to replace XP, but definitely good for Vista upgrade.
