So with the new talents for Wrath of the Lich King out... I'm tempted to go back to my warrior (dual wield 2h weapons = me like).
I saw that Alvin has got some good Arena gear, and was wondering if you guys had any room for me to hop in. Gonna have to tweak my spec and some gear but should be ok to go with merciless items at least.
Haven't re-subscribed just yet tho.

To be honest, the only way warriors are useful in pvp are if they have MS. Why? because atm they get rage starved hella easily so their dps isn't all that great most of the time (lucky crit strings aside). So you contribute mostly with the MS healing debuff. Just a note, warriors are generally ignored because if you don't hit them, their rage generation is pretty low thus the term rage starved. Warriors are typically the primary target to be kited and cc'd because they rely on their healers mainly to debuff slowing effects and cc and they're annoying to dps down, typically.
We currently have 5 for our arena, but I'm off to San Diego mid September and whether or not I'll still play WoW really depends how much time I have (would probably log on just to arena, if I do continue to play). That being said, we currently run 2 5s teams, and a mix of 2s and 3s and could potentially fit more people. (Me, Jon, Alvin, Bryce, and ass blaster Bright.) Right now we generally arena Sunday nights, though we've been meaning to try and arena earlier in the day so we get faster queues and don't face the same team for all our games.
Gear wise. This is the biggest problem of getting back into the game. Season 2 gear is alright (useable for warriors, though the jump from season 2 to season 3 is still huge because of the ignore armor bonus on some pieces), but you'd probably just start off with a set of free blue pvp gear from rep with cenarion, honor hold, shatar, etc. and honor grind out belt/boots/bracers/weapon/ring/neck/trinket. Otherwise you'd be living in BGs to get enough tokens/honor.

Yea, I already have the Alterac Valley Tokens (I believe...) for a two hander and some eye of the storm ones. Going MS is fine with me if its useful and I can get in on some play (assumed it would be the route I'd be going anyhow).
I was also thinking of getting a Badge axe from the new isle vendor since it takes the same tokens as making a stormherald/lionheart executioner.
I'll prolly decide around thursday or so to reactivate my account. If you jon and alvin are ok with me joining in on it, and understand i'd need some time to build up (which I'd focus purely on getting the gear I need for arena) then I'm all for it and can be on consistently enough.
