Though I discussed this with Jon previously, I just thought I'd openly announce my support for scaling back CV's, since my character is particularly culprit in this manner. I know it doesn't automatically fix everything, since the CV's themselves are relative, but it isn't as much of a drain on points.

I'm fine with scaling back the CV's, although this does beg the question - is the upper limit of CV's based on our baselines or our maximum output (i.e. from martial arts)? Let me know ASAP so that I can properly redistribute wealth to the proletariat my points so that I'm properly balanced for the new ruling.
As for exp and character tweaking, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm going to do with my points, though I do need to redesign my Teleport Power so that it isn't broken (both in the cheap and not working right sense). Jon, I'll get my tweaks sent to you prior to this weekend.

Hmm, I'm not sure which ruling would be fair. I'm leaning towards the limit being based solely on your baseline, but that might end up making those of you with martial arts too powerful. For the moment I'm gonna go with a baseline limit. If this proves to be too powerful then we'll have to tweak it in the future.

I agree with baseline. Usually martial arts are a give and take. Chip's been using it primarily, and with sacrificing lunge... and he pays the price. Alvin's used a few but hasn't been that broken.
Any thoughts on CV cap for sniping? I suppose that Setting shots is already kind the equivalent to it... a bonus on set with the rifle or something? Not entirely sure...
