I think we've talked about finding a chat program we can all idle on to see who's (no homo) available to do stuff. Pidgin is a 3rd party app that lets you log onto existing accounts for: AIM, yahoo, MSN, ICQ, etc. What's really cool about pidgin is it's a standalone app, so you don't need to install AIM, it's add-free, and you can log onto more than one service (no homo), and/or screen name at any time (you can be logged onto aim and yahoo messenger at the same time).

So it doesn't really matter which app we settle on, but you can't talk cross app (duh?) so you still have to be signed into AIM to talk to someone else signed into only AIM.
