Yeah, Anderson Silva is the dark guy. He's genuinely a talented fighter, but chooses to F around in real fights. The owner of UFC got publicly pissed off at him at a post-event press conference last week for being a goofball inside the ring, even though he won.

So apparently Hamada (Downtown) when he was much younger, released some songs under one of the most popular music producers... Wow, that's almost J-Reggae. Hamada does a lot of shows and shit, I guess. Randomly talented Asian entertainers, I guess. They don't have fat Hollywood paychecks to rely on and have to broaden their spectrum early on in their careers to survive. HK was like this in the 70's and 80's, less so in the 90's (kthx Stephen Chow), and is back in the same slump now (kthx Stephen Chow retirement).
