Grawl (Volcanic) Fractal
At the start of the fractal you want to jump up the cliff to the right of you. This allows you to avoid being in the middle of where all the mobs start. You should pull grawl to the high ground so they stack up and you can kill them more easily. They do have a pull skill as well as immobilize.
From the beginning and throughout the fractal (until the last boss' room) there are rocks which fall to cause a long knockdown (~3s). The rocks are an annoyance, but generally not a big deal till later fractal levels (20+). Be wary of them when you get to the jumping portion later.
Flaming Boulders
Run through the tunnel and avoid getting hit by any of the flaming boulders. Getting touched by one is insta down. Second hit is death. They leave a fire trail that burns you if you touch it (you can roll through it, or jump over it).
Grawl Shaman
This event you have to break the shaman's shield by throwing the boulders at him. You have to do this while stopping (killing) veteran grawl shaman from reaching captives (and subsequently throwing them off the cliff).
The boulders that you need fall randomly (red circles that cause knockdown are what spawn boulders). At lower levels these boulders spawn frequently and in multiples (sometimes you get 3 with 1 rockfall). As you progress higher in levels, rockfalls do not always leave boulders, and they spawn 1 at best per rockfall. Your goal is to not let the captives get thrown into the lava, so 4 people should be focused on killing shaman, and 1 should run around gathering and throwing boulders at the shaman to break his shield. If you can successfully keep all 4 alive, then a magnificent chest will spawn at the end of the fight.
The shaman himself is pretty easy, though at higher levels he becomes one of the harder boss fights (can't really melee him and his ranged attack is strong). His main attack to worry about is churning earth (long channel and will 1 shot just about anyone). If he regains his shield mid fight, throwing a single boulder at it will break it.
Broken railroad
Running section, ignore the bats and just run/jump to the final boss room. Beware of the hole as you exit the final tunnel leading to the boss' room. There is a hole in the floor that is difficult to see if you have your camera tilted high.
Legendary Imbued Shaman
This boss is annoying, particularly as you get higher level. Resurrecting is difficult, so try to avoid full death. If you're going to get downed, avoid lava pits and stay near allies.
You have to constantly be moving during this fight. If you stand still more than ~2 seconds, you will start burning. Having condition removal is important for this fight.
Try to avoid fighting near captives (stay towards the middle of the island). When the shaman goes into his barrier, he will move towards a captive. If he reaches that captive while still in his barrier, he will heal.
When he barriers, he also summons a number (amount depends on fractal level) of lava elementals. These hurt quite a bit, and their damage is exclusively? Or almost exclusively projectiles. So make sure to bring projectile reflection. You want to break the shaman's barrier first, and then deal with the elementals. If someone goes down, try to kill elementals to rally. If you are the one downed, try to tag/kill mobs that are almost dead to rally.
Shaman has an arrow attack. This is a projectile attack that “ignites” a player, giving them a fire shield graphic which pulses burning every 1-2 seconds to the player, and all nearby allies. If you get hit by this, avoid allies or you'll potentially kill them. This is also an agony attack.
The shaman has 2 dive attacks. One where he flies up and you see a giant red circle, and another where he flies up and there is no red circle. The one that has a red circle is low-moderate damage attack. But the one without a red circle is much more dangerous. If you get hit by it, you'll probably be downed. It spawns 3 lava fonts in a cluster, and they do huge damage (1-2 ticks is usually enough to down most players). One of these attacks also usually happen when the shaman's barrier is broken, so be ready to avoid it.
