I don't think this is the first time there's been a revelation about Master Chief like this. -_-; Still, hilarious (for its matrix references), and cool (self-explanatory) at the same time. And yes... very much in the fanservice department. ... What... the deuce... just happened?  ; Someone REALLY took the final battle of Advent Children to heart... Hell, the whole movie, really. I wasn't aware there were projectiles (much less AoE explosion attacks) in DoA. >_> Oh well. Whatever. That was still pretty damn badass (once you get past the drooling fanboyism). |

... just so strange to see useless women characters do so much damage (Rinoah wtf?). They'll prolly have aeris show up now with a gigaton bomb strapped to her back.

You know, Microsoft wouldn't have to deal with this "consumer rebellion" shit if Vista was... you know... good?
Actually, my respect for Microsoft would go up a lot if it just came out and said, "We're sorry about Vista. It is a pile of festering, invasive shit. We're gonna continue supporting XP while we come up with yet another Windows platform... but better."
That, or they're free to develop something like Vista Reloaded. Let's not forget that Windows 95 was pretty damn stupid at first, and needed some patching to make its users happy.

Honestly... I've had no problems with Vista at all (yet). I don't play as old games as most people here, but so far, I've been happy with it.
I turned off the pop ups asking if I want to run something or not as the first thing when I turned on the machine, and a couple small tweaks here and there. Installed Crysis with no issues at all, gonna pop in Call of Duty 4 in a few hours, Oblivion and UT2k4 prolly tomorrow.
*shrug* I understand there are issues, I just am not experiencing any.

Since it's coming out in about two weeks, here is a thread I found at Smogon that has a few screen shots of Mario Kart Wii. www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1110739#post1110739The graphics are quite nice... and Mario Kart-like, so nothing too revolutionary there, but there are lots of characters, and we get access to bikes now. The game just looks like plain fucking fun, though. |

I just ordered P90X, this workout video thing. 1 hour per day for 90 days. Have to be in decent shape to do it properly. Craig was looking to split it with me, wanted to see if anyone else wanted to chip in and have me burn them a copy as well.
About 13 or so workouts, total cost was 150 after tax. Right now split between craig, myself, and my brother.
